Now back to the topic ,Chernobyl is nothing compared to a nuclear warhead , check the figures . Quote from wikipedia:
attributed 56 direct deaths (47 accident workers, and nine children with thyroid cancer), and estimated that there may be 4,000 extra cancer cases
A nuclear warhead:
One war-head can destroy the planet 7 times

I doubt nuclear warheads will be used by states such as USA Russia Korea or Iran etc etc, considering the fact that even at the height of the cold war none were used combined with current monitory bodies and advanced communications, i don't see it happening , what is more close to reality is extreme terror groups using these types of weapons

Also about Russia, don't underestimate the power of Ruskies, yes they were in crisis after the collapse but considering the fact that their economy is developing exponentially, Russians always had great potential due to good education, plus lots of resources.

As for the international scene Russia has always been a "bully" let it be from denying signing for actions against North Korea, the Environment, international airspace etc etc
